📖 Formulas: v = c / √εeff, delay = length / v. For microstrip, εeff = (εr+1)/2 + (εr-1)/2 × 1/√(1+12H/W). For stripline, εeff = εr. Typical FR-4 microstrip delay ~ 5.4 ps/mm (137 ps/inch).
